Regardless of your case: <strong>you need to get them back as soon as possible.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This article will explain, in a simple and didactic way, how you can <strong>recover deleted Messenger conversations.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recover deleted conversations on Messenger<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If you choose a conversation and select the option <strong>Delete,<\/strong> it will not be possible to recover them. Deletion is permanent and will immediately disappear from your inbox. <strong>However, there are some ways to reverse this decision.<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Follow the steps below and have the opportunity to recover content removed by you:\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Check archived conversations<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>When you request to delete conversations, Messenger asks if you want to archive them instead. Choice <strong>From the beginning<\/strong> to download all Messenger messages;\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol start=\"4\">\r\n<li>Click the arrow next to <strong>Select information<\/strong> to download and, in the right corner, click <strong>Deselect all<\/strong>;\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol start=\"5\">\r\n<li>Check the box <strong>Messages<\/strong> and finally click <strong>Request a download<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>On smartphone<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol start=\"1\">\r\n<li>Open the Messenger app for your mobile device, tap <strong>settings<\/strong> and select <strong>Account configurations<\/strong> in the lower right corner;\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol start=\"2\">\r\n<li>Scroll down and select <strong>Download your information<\/strong>. Whenever you need, you can restore the backed up content and, therefore, recover potentially important conversations that were deleted for some reason.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ask the recipient for a copy\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>You may have deleted the conversation on your device, but the other side may have kept it on their device.
